We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, providing patient care in a variety of healthcare settings across the Siouxland area. This flexible role offers opportunities for per diem, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements. Shifts vary depending on assignment and facility needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
- Adapt quickly to various healthcare environments and assignments.
