Mon-Fri, 7 : 00 AM- 4 : 00 PM
Description :
We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse and office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift, a strong ability to manage inventory, and excellent customer service skills. This position will involve both warehouse management and office tasks, requiring an individual who can multitask and lead with efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Safely unload and load warehouse goods using a forklift.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and conducive to efficient operations.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Open and close the office as required.
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide in-person assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
