What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Airbnb Cleaner position at Short Stays Worldwide?

I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.
The basic duties include:
- Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels
- Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
- Emptying trash
- Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen
- Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion)
- Sweep / Vacuum the floors
- Mop
- Generally keep common areas clean & tidy
- ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED
All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete.
The pay is a flat rate per cleaning project depending on the size of the property, and the rate is set so your should earn around $30 hr. for the amount of time it normally takes to clean the property.
You will also automatically receive a $10 bonus for every 5 star cleanliness review we receive from the guests who stay at the property after you clean.
Additionally there is signage in all the properties allowing guests to digitally tip you as well.
All pay is done via direct deposit within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.
