Job Description
The Floating Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of an individual store within their assigned area. They report to the Area Manager and assume operational duties of a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of company bookwork
- Prepare bank deposits, reconcile tills, and troubleshoot errors
- Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and inventory controls
- Enforce quality, customer service, and health and safety standards
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Conduct regular tours, identify issues, and implement solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma required; AA degree or above preferred
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and apply principles of intermediate mathematics
Working Conditions
Frequent standing, occasional sitting; frequent walking at a fast pace, standing, climbing, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee occasionally requires climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
