Short Term Rental Manager is an established, locally owned business, and we are GROWING. If you have a positive attitude, energy, a smidge of OCD, and can take charge of a messy situation, we want to meet you!
We are currently hiring vacation rental cleaners with a positive go-getter attitude in the west valley (Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria) as well as the south and east valley (Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler). Duties include cleaning vacation rentals (by yourself, or with an assigned team), laundry (linens and towels), stocking supplies, and staging the homes for the next guest's arrival.
Hours are typically between 7am-5pm, weekends and weekdays, with 4-8 hour shifts available. Most team members start around 15-25 hours per week, with the ability to increase (if you want). Leadership positions are available as well
Responsibilities :
- Clean and reset rentals, ensuring they meet company standards before check-in.
- Inspect for damages, report issues, and restock essentials (toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies).
- Manage laundry and maintain cleanliness using a structured checklist.
- Stay on schedule and communicate with management on priorities.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while continuously improving through training.
