The Role
Currently, we are growing our engineering team and looking for someone with deep expertise in backend engineering with a foundational understanding across the stack. You'll play a critical role in shaping our infrastructure and application experience for our technical audience. What You'll do
- Own and deliver some of our most important initiatives
- Design and build reliable and maintainable features that our customers rely on
- Contribute to scalable and stable internal and external APIs and platforms
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve application performance
- Coach peers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineers across the stack
- Present demos and own status updates on your projects
- Write documents for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advocate for work that will have the greatest impact
