Job Summary :
The Evening Receptionist at Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia will provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks during the evening shift.

The Evening Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Greeting & Assistance :
Greet customers, visitors, and employees warmly as they enter the dealership.
- Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments (sales, service, finance, etc.).
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and informed while waiting.
Phone Management :
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Appointment Scheduling :
Assist customers in scheduling service appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Administrative Support :
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and service records in the dealership's system.
Customer Waiting Area :
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and comfortable for customers.
Communication :
Serve as a liaison between customers and staff, ensuring that all communication is clear and professional.
Evening Closing Duties :
Assist in closing the reception area and securing the front desk at the end of the shift.
Other Duties as Assigned :
Assist in general office tasks as needed.
