ShotVet is a national mobile veterinary service, previously featured in the Inc 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the US. We are looking for a recruiter to help us continue to grow around the country.
Looking for a recent college grad or some experience to use technology and relationships to find outstanding team members in 30 states. Great opportunity for someone to grow with a growing company, have fun, and make a difference everyday.
Job Type: Hourly Part-Time 20-30 hours per week to start (Possibility to turn full-time in the future)
**ON SITE POSITION, NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY**
Job Duties:
- Assists in general recruiting processes aiding to primary recruiter
- Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews
- Create Log In credentials for new hires
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes
- Assist with general onboarding inquiries
Experience level:
- 1 year preferred, will take new grads!
- Must be well organized, task oriented, and work diligently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma Required
Schedule:
- Will be discussed upon interview, must be flexible throughout the week! (3-4 days per week)
