Financial Operations Supervisor (On Site Position)

What You’ll Do
Lead a team of 2-4 people, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Financial & Data Support for Leadership
Pull and analyze ad hoc data to support CEO and COO decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in reports on travel costs, gross margin, staff hours, supply purchases, and inventory costs.
Investigate and prevent discrepancies in financial and operational reports ensuring data integrity.
Fleet & Asset Management Oversight
Source and procure company vehicles while managing overall fleet efficiency.
- Track and audit fleet card usage and maintenance.
Ensure all company assets, including computer equipment, are properly accounted for and maintained.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
Ensure all regulatory filings and compliance items are completed correctly.
Maintain organized documentation of key financial and operational reports.
Vendor & Contract Management
Negotiate inventory contracts to secure cost savings and favorable terms.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms.
Oversee staff involved with inventory ordering for pharmacy and field to create a JIT process.
What You Bring
5-7 years of experience in finance, business operations, or procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and validate financial data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
Very comfortable working with changing priorities in a growing, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience (Bonus Points!)
Background in healthcare, retail, or high-volume service industries.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership.
Knowledge of financial reporting, fleet management, and compliance best practices.
