We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who’s ready to jump into the action, crunch some numbers, and help us optimize our marketing strategies. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze, Optimize, Repeat: Dive into data like a pro! Extract, analyze, and leverage key trends to drive decisions across marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and overall strategy. You’ll build insightful dashboards, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies to ensure continuous growth and impact.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: From Google Ads to HubSpot, BigCommerce to Dialpad, you’ll own our digital marketing to sales campaigns. You’ll help us create drip campaigns that drive results and learn from the data to keep improving.
- Creative Collaborator: You’ll work with our creative team to make sure landing pages, ads, and content are on point. You’ll even hire the right creative talent to bring your vision to life!
- A/B Testing Genius: You’re all about testing. Whether it’s tweaking an ad or optimizing a landing page, you know how to improve performance through A/B testing and analyzing results.
- Team Player: ShotVet is all about collaboration. As a member of the leadership team, you’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement strategies that drive growth and keep things running smoothly.
- Thriving in the Fast Lane: We’re growing fast, and that means there’s always something exciting happening. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping up with the energetic pace of a high-growth company!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors or Master Degree Required
- 3-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced agency or growth-focused company.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Google Ads, HubSpot (or another CRM), BigCommerce, Dialpad — you know them all like the back of your hand.
- A Data Lover: You can pull data from multiple sources, analyze it, and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
- Testing & Optimization Skills: A/B testing? You’re all over it! You know how to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Creative Eye: You know when creative assets hit the mark and will help guide our team to build campaigns that align with our strategy.
- Collaborative Spirit: You work well with others and enjoy bouncing ideas off of a passionate, high-energy team.
- A Love for Pets: You’ve got a soft spot for dogs and cats. They’ll be your co-workers, after all!
