We are seeking a Document Control and Training Assistant who wants to use their knowledge to help grow our venture capital-backed business. Someone who is Independent, organized, and a strong self-starter would be a perfect fit.
As a Document Control and Training Assistant, some of your job duties will include:
· Oversee the change management process in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for design and document changes
· Provide assistance to engineers and other employees involved in change management processes and training
· Inform Quality management of any eQMS system issues or systemic process issues related to change management and training processes
· Keep Shoulder Innovations notified of eQMS maintenance schedules when the vendor will have the system offline
· Support any user acceptance testing or gap assessments when the vendor releases major software updates
· Partner with document owners to create or update training courses in the eQMS
· Maintenance of training matrix for the organization
· Manage record retention requirements for all quality management system elements
· Maintains part number database
· Participate in internal and external audits, inspections and process improvements
To be successful as a Document Control and Training Assistant, you will have the following experiences and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred but equivalent work experience is acceptable
· Previous work experience in document and record control in FDA regulated industries is preferred
· Previous eQMS experience is preferred
· Detail-orientated with the ability to multi-task
· Energetic and enthusiastic personality who thrives on diversity and challenge in a role
· Must be able to work collaboratively and operate in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in the use of MS Office or equivalent software
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficient written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational and time management skills
· Ability to be independently motivated
· Knowledge of continuous improvement process or methods a plus
