We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team as a Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting consultative sales meetings with potential new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential new clients to identify their needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including leads, new clients, and referral sources.
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm's services.
- Participate in workshops and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development for professional services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn about new topics and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and cloud-based software.
Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
