Shouse Nursery is looking for a hardworking individual to join our staff. The Ideal candidate will have some plant knowledge of a willingness to learn. The ability to balance physical labor with customer service is a must.
Responsibilities
- Unloading plant shipments
- Assist customers with plant selections
- Process sales transactions and maintain a organized retail area
- Perform Manual labor such as loading materials, weeding, and moving plants.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal/written instructions
- Friendly and helpful attitude when assisting customers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day
Comfortable in working in outdoor conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 54 per week
Work Location: In person
