Role Overview:

As a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by assisting with various activities, campaigns, and strategies. This entry-level role is not focused on digital or social media marketing; instead, you will be working on face-to-face marketing and sales initiatives, contributing directly to our in-person and offline efforts to engage clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing traditional marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
• Support sales efforts by researching potential clients and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Help coordinate and organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Create and distribute print materials, such as brochures and flyers, to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
