Cafe Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and coffee, along with a friendly demeanor that enhances the customer experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A passion for coffee and food is highly desirable.
