What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Property Manager/ Construction Project Manager position at Show Me Assets?
We are seeking a Residential Property Manager/ Construction Project Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
This job currently calls for 15-25 hours a week. Some weeks you are busy and some weeks your phone will barely ring.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all leases and renewals.
- Coordinating contractors and delivery of construction material.
- Overseeing new build construction and following critical path time frames.
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other real estate, property maintenance related fields encouraged. Will also train the right person.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
