STOCKER (part-time)
Reports to: Store Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in keeping our store organize, well-stocked, and inviting for customers. You will maintain inventory levels, fill the shelves with fresh products, and create a clean, easy-to-navigate shopping experience. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and organize shelves
- Unload and process deliveries
- Rotate inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers
- Monitor inventory levels
- Set up displays
- Follow safety procedures
- Support team operations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Indoor environment with occasional exposure to cold storage areas
- Fast-paced setting, particularly during peak shopping hours
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including a variety of shifts, days, evenings, nights, and weekends including overtime, as needed

- Continuously stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must have visual and hearing acuity.
- Occasionally to frequently climb a foot stool or ladder to reach items located on shelves, in coolers, freezers, stockrooms, etc.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to reach, lift, push and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and box cutters
- Ability to speak to, hear, and understand others via phone and in person in English
