Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and manage multiple tasks will contribute significantly to our establishment's success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, equipment, and restrooms.
• Process customer orders efficiently using the Toast POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending role or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus, along with proficiency in cash handling and retail math skills.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash register operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
