Job Description:
You will play a dual role, supporting the operational leadership team and generating leads for the sales department. This individual will serve as a key point of contact, performing administrative tasks, maintaining the CRM system, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Responsibilities:
- Research market to identify business opportunities for SSI
- Make contact and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Support outside Sales Team by seeking new business and scheduling sit evaluations
- Complete paid training program with proof of proficiency in all processes and standards
- Track and report Daily Sales Activities
- Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer to develop growth strategy in market
- Achieve established performance goals and demonstrate expected sales behaviors/processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidates with strong typing skills and ability to learn quickly are preferred

- Valid and Current Driver's License
Show Striping Industries is a fully insured asphalt maintenance business. Show Striping Industries is family owned and operated. SSI started out as a striping company and has grown over many years into a complete asphalt and bridge construction company.
**Performance-based pay structure. Wage-increase based upon proficient skills obtained.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
