The Role
The iOS Developer is a role focused on developing and delivering functionality for the Showbie iOS application. You will work closely with an empowered and highly collaborative team of software developers, designers, and a product manager. You’ll be responsible for developing new product features for various iOS devices and screen sizes. You’ll also be responsible for developing and building automated unit tests that enable the team to deliver high-quality software in a scalable way.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new product features in Swift
- Building performant iOS functionality utilizing web services and REST APIs
- Familiarity with adaptive applications that run on iPhones and iPads and supports split-screen functionality
- Understand Xcode and iOS development application patterns.
- Building automated units tests for all new functionality.
- Source code best practices (Git and GitHub workflow)
You
You’ll need to be proficient with the following technologies and practices. We do this stuff all day long:
- 3 years developing iOS applications using Swift.
- Familiar with Objective-C.
- Knowledge implementing MVC and MVVM architectural patterns.
- Up to date with the latest iOS development trends.
- Motivated self-starter and passionate learner.

This role is based in: Canada with the option to work 100% remotely.
The proposed salary range for this role is: $70,000-$100,000
