- Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level to ensure a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining movie-going experience for our customers.
- Explain various cinema programs, including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats.
- Work during peak business times, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be available during these periods to provide exceptional customer service.
