INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE - DENTAL LAB

Your job:

• To grow revenue in non-covered territory as quickly as possible.
• Engage potential clients within the assigned territory and carry out specific objectives regarding new product launches, prospecting for new clients, and stimulating new sales with existing clients.
• Participating in client conferences and meetings.
• Regular follow up with client prospects and new clients.
• Promote use of company portal.
• Promote IOS rebate program, and digital dentistry.
• Assist with any report scheduling from company software.

• Your skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Optimal sales and communications skills.
• Experience in direct selling and marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the dental industry a plus.

Location:

This position is located in Punta Gorda, FL. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

• Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
• Panel Interview: 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
• Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
