Showcase Remodels is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team! If you’re proactive, love keeping things running smoothly, and have a background in construction or scheduling, that’s a big plus!
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, job site visits, and project timelines
- Act as a communication bridge between the office, clients, and field teams
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with material ordering and delivery coordination
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Track and update project progress in internal systems
- Prepare reports, documents, and follow-up communications
- Support general administrative and office management tasks
- Assist team members with ad-hoc needs to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
✅ Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
✅ Comfortable using office tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, etc.

✅ Previous experience in a construction or home improvement company is a big plus
