Coordinator – Disaster Restoration Services

Showcase Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and organized Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Fayetteville. This pivotal role ensures seamless communication and efficiency from initial claim through final payment, working closely with customers, estimators, and project management teams to deliver exceptional restoration services.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and track restoration claims/projects from initial call to project completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the claim process.
• Coordinate with estimators and project supervisors, scheduling appointments and monitoring project milestones.
• Update internal systems (PSA, Xactanalysis, Moisture Mapper) accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate communication between homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and problem resolution.
• Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, collection of payments, and updating job statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards, including timely updates and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Xactimate, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, organize efficiently, and solve problems proactively.
• Valid NC Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to complete required IICRC certifications within one year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
