The Graphics Associate we are hiring will enjoy working in a fast paced environment as they assess artwork, create proofs for customer review, and prepare print files to production specifications. Along with strong computer skills (Adobe Suite, MS Office) you will also enjoy building customer relationships, possess a strong attention to detail and thrive on contributing to the company's success.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in the Graphics Department
  • Modify existing files to fit company templates, verifying the art is set up to Sign-Zone's guidelines
  • Utilize color correction and manipulation
  • Create and prepare pre-press files
  • Revise existing files (client edits, resizes, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments
  • Manage personal order queue
  • Required to have a competent knowledge of graphics, and a complete understanding of the company's products; including their features, benefits and specifications
  • Act as the point of contact for inter-company & customer calls / questions / issues

What will you bring to the table (Skills / Experience Required) :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphics preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
  • Proven working knowledge of Photoshop, In Design, Excel and Word
  • Preferred knowledge of Acumatica and MS Outlook
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong ability to prioritize work

    The pay rate for this role is $17 per hour. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to hourly pay the total compensation package also includes participation in a profit-sharing program. Showdown Displays offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, short- and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, travel assistant program and employer / partner discounts. (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)
