Job Description:
As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our sampling kiosks are always stocked and operational across our grocery store partners. Your responsibilities will include driving to multiple store locations daily, restocking kiosks, maintaining relationships with store staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is a hands-on, field-based, full-time position ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Restock Sampling Kiosks: Ensure kiosks are consistently stocked with CPG products by visiting assigned grocery store locations daily
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking schedules to meet demand
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for store managers and staff, addressing any concerns and fostering strong partnerships
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and upkeep of kiosks to ensure smooth operation
- Data Reporting: Use mobile tools/apps to report inventory levels, log restocking activities, and provide updates to the operations team.
- Brand Representation: Act as a representative of Showdrop, ensuring a professional and friendly presence in-store
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting kiosks (training provided)
- Comfortable with mobile technology and data entry
