Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Installer who is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in custom glass installation—especially frameless shower enclosures. As the face of Shower Glass on-site, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional quality while leading a small team, ensuring every install is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, transport, and install custom glass shower enclosures
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Lead and mentor assistant installers and ensure job site safety
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure all installations are precise and secure
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Coordinate with the office team on scheduling and materials
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in glass installation (shower glass preferred)
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
