Job Description:
Sparkleboss Cleaners is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Contractor Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring that every space sparkles! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position, and you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients or Sparkleboss Cleaners management.
• Communicate with clients regarding service expectations and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for clients.
• Maintain reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.

Requirements:

• Must have own reliable transportation to travel to various job locations.
• Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Proven experience in cleaning (residential or commercial) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rates based on experience and job complexity.
• Payment is made per completed job/project. ($20-25/hr)
