Technical Designer for Children's Fashion

What you'll do:
• Primarily: Analyze design sketches in order to create flat sketches (using Adobe Illustrator) & comprehensive garment tech packs.
• Communicate with design team on current designs
• Create patterns & logos
• Upload seasonal styles into the system
• Assist to unpack & separate samples
• Communicate with Spec-Maker on final production samples.
• Assist to organize and set up the showroom.
• Take flat lay photos and coordinate with the photo editor.
• Create line sheets utilizing flat lays and lifestyle images
• Assist with order entry onto the online system
• Know and understand niche customer preferences on fashion and style trends.
• Assist team at photoshoots
You'll need to have:
- Positive attitude
- Superior organization skills
- Basic understanding of garment construction
- Design interest
- Prior experience and knowledge of photoshop and illustrator
- Experience with google suite
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Ability to work in office 5 days a week (Remote work not an option)
Requirements to be considered:
• Experience with flats and technical drawings
• Any prior experience working on set for photoshoots a bonus
• Design experience and/or past work portfolio
