Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Youth Soccer Trainer for players aged 9-17. This role involves leading structured training sessions with a clear purpose and progression, emphasizing player development, tactical understanding, and technical growth. Trainers will work with club teams that train twice a week, with games on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured training sessions that focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, and game intelligence.
• Work with club teams (ages 9-17) to develop their abilities in a team-oriented environment.
• Prepare players for competitive games, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities on the field.
• Adapt coaching methods to different skill levels while maintaining a challenging and engaging atmosphere.
• Promote a team-first mentality, fostering respect, discipline, and sportsmanship among players.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with players, parents, and coaching staff.
• Ensure a safe and productive training environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A strong background in soccer (playing experience at high school, college, or club level required).
• Coaching experience is preferred but not required—this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain more experience coaching club teams.
• Ability to structure training sessions with a clear goal and communicate expectations effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for developing young athletes in a competitive but positive environment.
