Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and work flow with several permit designs. Permit Coordinator will be in a training phase and built up to become the Permit Manager within the year.
- Oversee permit process with ECD's, submittal dates and submissions to the City either in person or online.
- Maintain a working relationship with City, County and DOT officials regarding permit updates, follow-ups and requirement checks.
- Assist the current Permit Manager with back office work such as permit submittals, system updates, emails and assist permit designers with any pressing questions.
- While as a permit coordinator you will be trained progressively to take over and become the Permit Manager.

Skills
- Effective communication with all individuals. Such as Telecom Companies, City officials, County officials, DOT officials as well as all design teams and current Project Managers
- Proficient in report writing with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of basic permitting process or standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships across departments to foster a culture of compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess quality decline or catch potential issues ahead of time.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
