The position has one IT helpdesk Technician direct report. This role works onsite in our Sylvania Ave location in Toledo, Ohio, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities.
- Manage and evaluate all technology operations, including ERP, network security, system maintenance, and software development.
- Ensure that technology functions align with established goals and objectives.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support strategies set by upper management.
- Analyze business requirements across departments to determine technology needs.
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
- Inspect the use of technological resources to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
- Control the IT budget and provide expenditure reports.
- Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals.
- Build relationships with vendors and create cost-efficient contracts. Qualifications, Skills, Education and Experience requirements:
- At least 5 years previous experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their specifications.
- A Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field. A Master's degree (MSc/MA) is a plus.
- A sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and infrastructure.
- Prior experience with ERP data base management and report writing or coding.

- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team effectively.
- Outstanding communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
