Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across all marketing platforms.
Provide regular campaign updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies as needed to deliver compelling content.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Partner with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
Brand Management:
Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Contribute to building brand equity and enhancing brand visibility in target markets.
Product Promotion Management:
Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to support these events and maximize engagement.
Company/Social Media Communications:
Manage the internal weekly newsletter, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
Oversee the company website and social media accounts to maintain an active and consistent online presence.
SEO Optimization:
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and performance in search engine results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
Proficiency in marketing tools, such as CRM platforms and social media management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies is a plus.

- 5 years commercial tire sales experience required.
- Some college preferred, though not required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have your own vehicle (we provide monthly allowance for travel expenses)
- Ability to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
