Key Outputs & Responsibilities:
- Efficient Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate production of shredding, leading to on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain organized records and inventory, improving operational workflows and reducing any potential errors or delays in service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Logistical Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of pick-ups and shredding services, resulting in minimal disruptions and a smooth workflow for both customers and the internal team.
- Documentation Accuracy: Produce accurate reports and maintain records, ensuring that all business documentation is up to date and compliant with internal processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leading to more streamlined operations and increased productivity across departments.
