JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for motivated, high-energy boot camp/group fitness instructors at Shredz Gym's new facility called Movement Recovery. Movement Recovery is a new concept that has a primary focus on God's given Earth elements for recovery. The elements are the services that we offer of Fire (infrared sauna), Ice (cold plunge), Air (compression therapy), and Movement/Community (group classes).
We love helping people achieve their goals in a fun, friendly, fast-moving environment and we hope you share the same passion with us. Our signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are small and intimate (8-12 people or less per class). In addition to our Conditioning and HIIT classes, we also offer a Kids/Juniors Class at 3:30pm. At Movement Recovery, we like our instructors to be heard and bring new ideas to the table to help our new facility grow. We guarantee all Sundays off and all major holidays off (New Year, Labor Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Super Bowl Sunday, etc.).
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE a personal training and/or group fitness certification, excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness and recovery, one Saturday (two morning classes) a month, and an upbeat personality that can also drive class sales. We are looking for a couple of instructors to fill in and teach the following classes. We have 10 classes a week that need instructors. Pick & choose to best fit your schedule. One Saturday a month is required.
Monday: Evening Classes = 3:30pm - 4:15pm (45 min Juniors), 5:00pm - 5:45pm (45 min).
Tuesday: Morning Classes = 5:15am - 6:00am (45 min), 6:15am - 7:00am (45 min).
Wednesday: Evening Class = 3:30pm - 4:15pm (45 min Juniors).
Thursday: Morning Classes = 5:15am - 5:45am (45 min), 6:15am - 7:00am (45 min).
Friday: Evening Classes = 3:30pm - 4:15pm (45 min Juniors).
Saturday (Alternating): Morning Classes = 8:00am - 8:45am (45 min) & 9:00am - 9:45am (45min).
