Evaluation Criteria:

  • Oracle EBS R12.2 functional experience at a Senior Finance/Supply Chain Functional Analyst or Functional Lead level, including troubleshooting, analysis, functional design, configuration, specification development, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Oracle EBS R12.2 functional knowledge and experience in five or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iProcurement, Purchasing, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects and Grants (PNG), Inventory, iExpense, iSupplier, Property Manager, Warehouse /Inventory Mgmt., Order Management.
  • Experience supporting production environments for Oracle R12.2 Finance/Supply Chain applications.

Background:


The following Oracle EBS 12.2 modules have been implemented:

FINANCIALS: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), iProcurement, Purchasing (PO), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Projects and Grants (PNG), Inventory, Work Orders, iAssets, iExpense, iSupplier, iReceivables, Property Manager, Warehouse /Inventory Mgmt. Order Management, iStore (online ordering)

 

HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT: Payroll, Employee and Manager Self Service, Work Structures, Position Management, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Labor Distribution (LD),

iRecruitment (iRec), Performance Management (WPM), Learning Management (OLM), Compensation Workbench (CWB), Absence Management

 

Scope of Work:

This individual may be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Perform as the lead in troubleshooting and analyzing production issues, including documentation of the root cause and any configuration changes required to resolve.

• Lead efforts for new implementations, enhancements and production support while adhering to rigid and, at times, aggressive timelines.

• Analyze, document and test impact of R12.2 RUP patches or upgrade on business processes and customizations.

• Provide day-to-day hands-on support by bridging the gap between the business owners and the technical team and clearly articulating any issues or new/changing requirements needed.

• Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes utilizing system configurations and automation.

• Analyze prioritized issues using a variety of troubleshooting and analysis to investigate production issues, propose options for resolution, document findings and ultimately document and solution the issues in production.

• Create service requests to work with Oracle Support, work with developers, DBAs to resolve the issues.

• Participate and/or lead projects required for new/changing initiatives or regulations.

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation.

• Lead and perform all phases of testing, execution, and coordination between various functional and technical teams.

• Coordinate any production migrations of functional and/or technical configurations and ensure proper audit protocols are followed.

• Review patch releases and make recommendations on any system enhancements

 

Skills/experience preferred includes:

• Six years or more experience of Oracle e-business Suite of Financial and Supply Chain applications in a complex environment.

• Two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financial and Supply Chain applications as a functional lead.

• Experience in a functional lead role for five or more of the following Oracle Financial/Supply Chain related modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iProcurement, Purchasing, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects and Grants (PNG), Inventory, iExpense, iSupplier, Property Manager, Warehouse /Inventory Mgmt., Order Management, iStore.

• Experience in development of project timelines, plans, requirements, scope, and issue documentation.

• Experience in collaborating with business owners to gather and document the requirements and functional specifications.

• Skilled in data analysis, design and redesign and configuration of production modules.

• Experience working in an ERP environment that is highly integrated with third-party systems.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in business process redesign.

• Experience in conducting analysis to determine any impacts to system configurations as a result of patches, upgrades, other module implementations and/or changes to configurations in other modules and business areas.
