Salary : $45000.0 - $55000.0 per year

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have or obtain a 4-40 Insurance license within the first 30 days of hire and must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answer the phone and greet client / prospects.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
