Are you looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in my State Farm Agency as an Insurance Operations / Office Manager. State Farm experience is highly preferred. Must have an active 2-15 Insurance license and a 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license.
Responsibilities and expectations include but not limited to :
Being a goal oriented Team Leader, capable of assisting the Agent in managing and supervising the team while being willing and able to perform operations support activities.
Being a Team Leader capable of assisting the Agent in recruiting, hiring, training and supervising team members.
Holding the team accountable for production and service based goals and activities,
Fielding telephone calls and receiving and directing visitors
Other activities will include :
Appointment Scheduling
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with customers and potential clients.
Manage your workload and the workload of team members to assist the Agent in creating an environment where the team and team members reach production and service goals.
Lead by example.
Assist the Agent in evaluating team members.
Must be coachable and must be a good coach / teacher.

Requirements :
2-20 and / or 4-40 insurance license required
2-15 insurance license required
State Farm experience preferred
Must be goal oriented and have a proven ability to lead others in a Sales & Service environment
Must be motivated to succeed by meeting or exceeding production goals to increase your compensation.
Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
Must be able and have the desire to develop meaningful relationships with clients to set yourself and our agency apart from the competition
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Must have a clean criminal background as a Background check will be performed.
