RESPONSIBILITIES :

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Discuss the risks of everyday life with customers and offer only needs based solutions.

Help customers live more confident lives.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Have fun.

QUALIFICATIONS :

440 or 220 license is required.

Life and Health license is preferred. Must be able to obtain.

Interest in marketing products and services based only on customer needs.

Experience managing client relationships.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Dedicated to excellent customer service.

Able to effectively relate to a wide variety of customers.

Salary : $55,000 - $100,000
