What You'll Do
Content creation and ad hoc projects
Assist with special projects and routine functions as assigned ORHuman Resources (HR)Clerical duties such as making copies, filing documents, and sending faxes OR
Information Technology (IT)Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues - Help identify and resolve computer and / or software issuesSetup and configure computers and software-Assist with installing and configuring computers, printers, and other equipmentProvide customer service to staff - Assist with technical support issuesAssist with IT Inventory tracking - Track and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, laptops, and other IT-related equipmentAccess ServicesUnpack and process books and materials
Help with transit of library loan itemsShredding documents and other clerical tasksWho Should Apply?

Pay : $10.00 / hourLimit : 150 hours for duration of summerLocation : Shreve Memorial Library Support Services CenterDuration : May 28, 2025 - July 24, 2025 (8 week commitment)Commitment : 20 hours per weekApplication Deadline : February 23, 2025Selection Process
