A property management executive administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team of HACS property management department. Essential Duties:
- Managing correspondence: Handling emails, mail, and phone calls, and responding or redirecting as necessary.
- Calendar management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive team.
- Document preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting various documents, such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Data management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and databases.
- Executive support: Providing general administrative support to the executive team, including managing their calendars, organizing events, and handling any other tasks as needed.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders: Serving as a point of contact between the executive team and other departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
These duties may vary on an as needed basis.
