Position Summary
This position will work on a variety of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) projects in the Denver area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of Owner Directed Testing
- Manage internal construction auditors
- Review all construction QC documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare QA/QC reports
- Verify and provide confidence that the construction work meets all the contractual requirements
- Manage construction inspections
- Implement quality planning
- Oversee quality assurance testing and inspections
- Coordinating with the City and County of Denver’s verification testing and inspections, and construction independent assurance tests
- Available on-site during construction and will not be assigned any other duties or responsibilities
- Ensure all processes set forth in the Construction Quality Management Program are adhered to by the construction team
- Orientation training of CQMP
- Develop and manage inspection and testing plan
- Implement measuring and test equipment control plan
- Personnel qualification verification
- Personnel selection
- Stop Work Authority
Education and/or Experience
- Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance inspection or management experience preferred.
- 5 years experience in construction inspection and/or installation of baggage handling systems
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech Grade 1
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Welding Inspector

This is a full-time position with a base salary that ranges between $74,880 - $83,200 per year. In addition to salary, you are eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
