Responsibilities:- Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked
- Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services
- Oversee, train, and schedule hotel staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
- Respond to guest issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
- Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
- Prior experience working with Marriott branded properties in a similar capacity is preferred
- Must have prior experience of 2 or more years managing staff
- Must have previous experience in hospitality and the ability to perform various roles of the hotel staff
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
- Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
