Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift - 1.0 FTE
The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the master schedule of patient appointments for outpatient clinic visits. This includes scheduling appointments for new and return patients, ensuring the patient is registered, sending notifications of upcoming appointments to patients, maintaining the clinic schedule, and orienting new patients and families to the clinic.
The pay range for this position is $19.92/hour - $24.89/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.

- Registers patient correctly which includes updating addresses, insurance, guardianship and health information.
- Accurately schedules individual patient appointments.
- Provides excellence in customer service to all customers, patients, families, Shriners, visitors and other employees.

- Less than 1 Year Administrative Assistant/Clerical Experience
