Kitchen Sanitation
- Follow all state, federal and local sanitation laws.
- Tally sheets are followed and the patients get what they ordered in a timely manner.
- Cafeteria is clean, condiments are stocked and all non food items are available to our customers.
- Catering events are set up on time and presentable when instructed by management.
- Patient’s desserts and all food that does not require an oven is made and presentable.
- Customers are served in a polite and timely manner
Qualifications
