This position is a Full Time, Exempt and Benefits Eligible. The pay range for this position is $43.21 - $54.00/ hourly. Compensation is based on years of expeience and departmental equity.

Responsibilities
- The Occupational Staff Therapist Position provides evaluation and therapy services, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transition of care, in an efficient, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive manner.
- Works with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care to meet the needs of the pediatric patients and their family.
- Functions as a team member and develops leadership skills through activities such as: mentoring, and providing education to students and other professionals.
- Supports the ongoing development and improvement of the department through participation in special projects, performance improvement and facility committees.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Licensed in State of practice
- American Heart Association BLS required
- PCS, OCS, NCS and CHT preferred
- 1 year Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- New graduates considered
- Pediatric experience preferred
