Job Overview
The Executive Director of International Operations is responsible for the overall execution, leadership, and stewardship of the international patient care operations in accordance with the international vision for Shriners Hospitals for Children. This position is best suited for an experienced dynamic and engaging executive who is self-directed, experienced in both clinical operations and cultivating international relationships, by collaborating with clinical providers, Shriners fraternity and in-country partners to further the local care of current and future children in need of our expert specialty pediatric services. Responsible for directing international operations and participating in the assessment teaming group. Partners with Executive Director, International Strategy in implementation of identified care sites. Oversees international clinical operations. Reports to Vice President, Hospital Operations. Periodically provides reports to Joint Boards Hospital Operations Committee.

- Develops and monitors performance metrics in Collaboration with Members of the Executive Team
- Execution and Management of International Care Strategy and Initiatives
- Leads International Care Operations and Collaborates Across the System and Fraternity

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Masters Degree in Healthcare or related field
- 5 years of International Healthcare experience
- 5 years of Service Director or Executive-level leadership experience
- 10 years of clinical and/or medical operation experience and expertise
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred:
- Experience with the Shrine System
- Fluency in multiple languages
