Job Overview
We currently have an opening for a On-Call Pediatric RN, Inpatient to join our Spokane, WA team. The registered professional nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
Schedule: On-Call, FTE 0.01
Compensation range: Pay range for this position is $36.03/hr - $61.77/hr. The hired applicant's placement within the range is based on qualifications, professional experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Collects and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues
- Outcomes Identification and Planning: Identifies expected outcomes and develops a plan that prescribes strategies which address health promotion and restoration, health maintenance, or health related problems or issues and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
- Implementation and Coordination of Care Delivery: Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery
- Health Teaching and Health Promotion: Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
- Evidence-based Practice and Research: Integrates evidence and research findings into practice

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor, preferred
Experience
- 2 Years Acute Care Nursing, preferred
- Experience in Orthopaedic Pediatric care, preferred
Certification and Licensures
- RN License in state of practice, required
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Required
- PEAR, PALS, ACLS: Obtain within 1 year of employment as required by hospital
Salary : $36 - $62
