Job Overview Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opening for a full time Patient Access Representative to join our team. Responsibilities The Patient Access Representative's primary responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining outside services request, financial counseling, and performing other administrative duties. This includes working with the cleft clinic and maintaining the providers schedule and availability. This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Qualifications Education High School diploma or GED required Experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 2 year experience in patient access, insurance verification and registration preferred Shriners Children’s is an EOE/Drug-Free, Smoke-Free Workplace.
