• Job Placement: Assist candidates in identifying job opportunities based on their skillset, qualifications, and career goals, helping them secure full-time employment with top clients across the U.S.
• Interview Preparation: Provide coaching and guidance for candidates preparing for interviews, including mock interviews, resume optimization, and job-specific advice.
• Immigration Consultation: Support international candidates with immigration-related matters, including advice and assistance for CPT, OPT, H1B visa, and Green Card sponsorship.
• Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with both clients and candidates to ensure job placements meet the clients' requirements and align with the candidates' career aspirations.
• Ongoing Support: Offer post-placement support to candidates, ensuring smooth transitions into new roles and providing assistance with any immigration or work-related concerns.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field (STEM preferred).
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in your field is a plus but not required.
• Immigration Status: Open to candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, or requiring H1B visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Basic understanding of U.S. immigration processes (CPT, OPT, H1B, Green Card)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
